We get lost in the expectations of others, our careers, our families, and society. However, denying our soul's calls often leads to psychosomatic symptoms that alert us that we need to make a change.

As a Soul Journey Coach, my job is to help my clients understand and follow the messages of their soul. I work with various coaching techniques, meditation, and Kundalini Yoga to help my clients hear their inner voice and embark on their unique life journey.

Fundamentals of Soul Journey Coaching:

As a foundational element of Soul Journey Coaching, one of the key principles is to encourage the Soul Traveler to listen to their soul and consider their emotions as the senses of the soul. It is important not to suppress these emotions, but also not to act impulsively. Instead, becoming aware of the message, purpose, and plan behind our emotions can serve as the foundation for action. Through Dyads, Emotional Liberation breathing exercises, and Kundalini Yoga meditations, we can learn how to handle our emotions, understand their messages, and transform them.

Dyads are a coaching method where we delve deep into our inner selves and ask what our soul wants to work on today. It is important to speak on equal terms without judgment and advice. The coach assists the Soul Travelers by paraphrasing and summarizing to help them see their thoughts and feelings more clearly. The goal is to empower Soul Travelers to find their own solutions and inspire and inform them. This is a form of self-awareness that helps us protect ourselves and lead us into the future, being mindful of our five senses, emotions, mind, and intuition.

During an inner imaginative journey, we dive deeper into unexplored areas of ourselves and confront our deepest desires, fears, dreams, and feelings. With my empathetic and supportive coaching guidance, we face the challenges that arise and use our resources to help us achieve our goals.

The imaginative journey method was developed by Klaus Lange, with the aim of better understanding our own personality and achieving inner peace. Inner conflicts often lead to dissatisfaction and various complaints and problems. Klaus Lange has developed a method that allows us to take a journey to ourselves and gain personal insights into mental processes, feelings, physical processes, and states. Directly addressing these experiences can reduce fears and build trust in the healing powers inherent in each person. With this method, we can explore important figures such as our inner child and its desires, our hidden self, our heart, and our destiny/karma. We will move through inner spaces, closing unopened doors to our subconscious and transforming our psyche and body in a healing process.

Through this imaginative journey, we can unleash our full potential and activate our untapped resources to lead us towards a fulfilled and happy life.
